Ahmed Mohamed, PT, MS. DScc. Administrator

A licensed physical therapist who has been in private practice in Oak Lawn, Illinois for ten years. He works extensively with patients with orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and neurological disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and fibromyalgia. In addition to conventional forms of therapy, Mr. Mohamed uses advanced manual techniques for which he has received extensive training, including Trigger movement re-education and Craniosacral Therapy.
Mr. Mohamed studied extensively EMG and NCV at Rocky Mountain University of Health Profession doctorate of science track. Mr. Mohamed has been performing EMG and NCV studies for over 5 years.
Mr. Mohamed is also experienced with ankle and foot physical therapy and has been providing treatment to one of the leading research based ankle and foot surgeons in the Chicagoland area. Sub-acute and post surgical rehab has been the emphasis of his practice for the last 5 years.
Mr. Mohamed graduated in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Cairo University, Faculty of Physical Therapy. In addition, Mr. Mohammed earned an advanced Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Profession in Provo, Utah in 2001. Since 2001, Mr. Mohamed is a doctor of science candidate in electrophysiology track; he worked as a staff physical therapist, senior therapist and assistant unit supervisor at United Rehab Providers outpatient physical therapy clinics. Mr. Mohamed has been in private practice for over 10 years.

Khaled Gad, PT. Director

Khaled graduated from Cairo University in 1991. He earned a Master in Science in 2000 from Rocky Mountain University of Health Profession in Provo, Utah. He offers many years of strong experience from working in Orthopedic Rehab.

Sayed Yousef, PT, MSc, DScc, FCE Certified. Director of Home Health Services.

One of the founding partners and is the Director of Home Health Care Services of Regency Home Health Care. As a Director, his primary clinical duties are shared with the administrative responsibilities of this practice. As a founder, he and his partner have established the high level of clinical expertise and a deep commitment to patient care.
Mr. Yousef earned a BS in Physical Therapy in 1989 and advanced Master of Science in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy in 1995. Currently he is enrolled in the PhD Degree program at Nova South Eastern University. After over 80,000 treatments and many continuing education courses in manual therapy, he is considered a master clinician and a resource for other staff members. Mr. Yousef's clinical expertise is held in such high regard that many physicians and physical therapists from other organizations come to him for treatment.

Moatzz Mohamed, PT. President

Moatzz is a physical therapist with over 17 years of experience in treating orthopaedic and sports' medicine cases. He also specializes in treating patients with foot and ankle problems. He has experience with geriatric care with special programs for posture, balance, and fall problems. Moatzz is a co-founder and owner of United Rehab Providers Physical Therapy clinics with 8 locations over the Chicagoland Area and more to come. He is the clinical director and manager of their Belmont and Harlem Avenue offices. Mr. Mohamed has a Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from Cairo University. He is getting enrolled in a DPT Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree program at Chatham University in Pennsylvania.

Sue Hall Director of Nursing

Sue Hall graduated from Purdue University-Calumet Campus in Hammond, IN She was initially employed in Intensive Care/Coronary Care at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago and at South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, IL. She spent her last 5 years in ICU/CCU as Head Nurse.

Her home health care experience began in 1981 at North Side Home Health Care which was owned by the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. She later transferred to In Home Health Care Suburban-West where she participated in a pilot study for the OASIS project. The OASIS forms are currently responsible for driving reimbursement for home care companies. Sue has also been employed by Interim Healthcare and Heartland Home Health Care, where she was named Employee of the Year in 2003. In 29 years in home health care, Sue has been a field nurse for 7 years, a nursing supervisor for 8 years, Central Intake Coordinator for 2 years and Director of Nursing for 12 years. She enjoys her role as a facilitator and strives to support the field staff in their endeavors.

Sue has a strong commitment to excellence in every aspect of customer service. She leads the quality-driven commitment of the other leadership team members to exemplary patient care.

Candace Whitker

Candace Whitker, Office Manager, has been involved in the healthcare arena for fourteen years. In 1994, she began her career at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in the Central Supply Department. This is where she learned the importance of being a team player. Because of this attribute, she quickly moved up within the department and eventually became the Head Team Leader of Sterile Processing.

In 2000 she began employment at the prestigious Children's Memorial Hospital. There she performed many roles, such as Head Inventory Coordinator of Surgery, Point of Service Representative of Outpatient Surgery, Purchasing Agent, and Contract Analyst. Because of the various roles she has played, it has taught her to pay meticulous attention to detail as well as having excellent problem solving skills.

In 2008 Ms. Whitker began employment at Regency Home Health Care, P.C. Being one of the original employees hired by the company, she has superior knowledge of the background operational aspects of a home health agency. Her duties include: verifying patients eligibility and benefits, patient billing, payroll for clinical staff, human resource point person, preparing referrals and procuring supplies for the office as well as for patients.
